Kelly Firth

Profile

Kelly is developing a general litigation practice, with an interest in civil disputes, regulatory law, and criminal law. She joined the firm as an articling student in 2021 after clerking for the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 2020-2021.

While in law school at the University of Victoria, Kelly participated in the Law Centre clinical program where she regularly appeared in Provincial Court and ran a criminal trial. As a co-op student, she worked at a boutique litigation firm in Vancouver, a major aviation company in France, and Canada’s diplomatic mission to the European Union in Belgium.

Before entering the field of law, Kelly obtained her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in chemistry. She also has experience in independent journalism.
