Maham Keshvani
Profile
Maham maintains a broad litigation practice focused on criminal, constitutional, civil, and administrative law. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as the Alberta Court of Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench.
Maham earned her J.D. from Thompson Rivers University in 2025 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2026.
Before joining Hunter Litigation Chambers as an Associate, Maham clerked for several Provincial Court judges at the Adult Criminal Court of British Columbia. She subsequently completed her articles at one of Canada’s leading criminal litigation boutiques, where she worked on complex matters involving serious criminal allegations and constitutional issues.
During her articles, Maham co-authored a paper examining the intersection of witness privacy rights in the context of in-court testimony and the fair trial rights of the accused. Her work was published in The Charter of Rights by Thomson Reuters: Canada Law Book.
