Founded in 2006,
Hunter Litigation Chambers has become the premier firm in British
Columbia practicing in the field of dispute resolution. The four senior
counsel all developed their reputations as leading litigation and
arbitration counsel during their respective tenures as senior partners
at four of Canada’s leading corporate /commercial law firms. Bill Berardino Q.C., John Hunter Q.C., Ken McEwan Q.C. and
Randy Kaardal have all been consistently identified as leading counsel
in various litigation-related categories in Chambers Global, the
Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, Benchmark Canada and Best Lawyers in Canada.
Three of our senior counsel are Fellows of the American College of Trial
Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers, the two major
American-based trial lawyer organizations of advocates for whom
membership is by invitation only.
The firm embraces a strong commitment to professional and academic

resolution, primarily civil litigation, arbitration and administrative
law. The firm is recognized for having the depth and capabilities to
handle the full range of matters, including commercial arbitration and
litigation, product liability, aboriginal, administrative law, labour
and employment and public law litigation.
