Shannon Ramsay joined Hunter Voith in September 2005 after two years of practice with a Vancouver firm specializing in insurance defence litigation. She has worked on occupiers liability, product liability and commercial litigation cases. She will be developing her civil and commercial litigation expertise with Hunter Litigation Chambers, as well as working in the firm’s administrative law practice.

Shannon was awarded her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria in 2001 after obtaining her undergraduate degree with distinction from the University of Alberta. She then clerked for a year with the British Columbia Supreme Court, where she contributed legal research and drafting support to six Supreme Court judges. Shannon was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2003.
