Shannon P. Ramsay
Shannon Ramsay is a litigation
associate at Hunter Litigation Chambers practicing general civil and
administrative litigation. She has appeared before the Federal Court and
all levels of the British Columbia courts, and has acted as counsel in
numerous commercial arbitration proceedings.
Shannon was awarded her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria
in 2001 and then clerked for a year with the British Columbia Supreme
Court, where she contributed legal research and drafting support to six
Supreme Court judges. Shannon was called to the Bar of British Columbia
in 2003, and joined Hunter Voith in September 2005 after two years of
practice with a Vancouver firm specializing in insurance defence
litigation.
