One of the founders of Hunter Litigation Chambers, Peter Voith practices in the area of commercial and administrative litigation. He routinely acts for major resource companies such as Western Forest Products Inc., TimberWest Forest Ltd., Weyerhaeuser Ltd., Canadian Forest Products Ltd., and International Forest Products Limited in various types of resource and commercial litigation. Mr. Voith also acts in public and administrative law matters for groups such as The Law Society of British Columbia. He has acted for a number of significant private land owners whose properties were expropriated or down-zoned. Finally, he has a significant commercial practice and acts in a broad range of contractual and corporate disputes. 

Mr. Voith is recognized in L’Expert, in The Best Lawyers in Canada, separately in L’Expert as one of the “Top 100 Specialists” in Canada and enjoys an “AV” rating in Martindale Hubbell.
