Paul Heisler recently joined the firm after three years of practice with a national firm in the field of litigation and employment law. Paul has appeared before all levels of the British Columbia courts and has experience in a number of areas including complex commercial litigation, shareholder remedies, wrongful dismissal, human rights, post-employment competition by former employees, and labour relations.
