Micah Rankin is a litigation associate and joined
the firm in 2007 following a clerkship with the Court of Appeal for
British Columbia. A graduate of Simon Fraser University and the Institut
d'Etudes Politiques (Sciences Po)(Paris), Micah studied law at the
University of Victoria, where he received a number of academic prizes
for advocacy, constitutional law, and legal research and writing.
Micah is developing a broad based practice focussing on civil litigation
and administrative law. He has appeared both as lead counsel and
co-counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia. He has frequently
taken on pro bono cases. He is fluent in French.
