Jacqueline D. Hughes
Jacqueline Hughes is an Associate at Hunter Litigation Chambers practising
general civil and administrative litigation. Formerly an associate with a
national law firm, Jacqueline has appeared before all levels of the
British Columbia courts, the B.C. Securities Commission, and the Federal
Court.
Jacqueline obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria
Law School in 2004 after obtaining her undergraduate degree in Business
Administration from Simon Fraser University and was called to the bar in
2005. Jacqueline has a broad general commercial litigation practice with
experience in a variety of areas including complex multi-party litigation,
contractual disputes, construction defects, products liability, fraud,
insolvency and creditors remedies, employment-related issues and
securities matters.
