Brent Olthuis has recently joined Hunter Litigation Chambers to continue his general litigation practice. Brent has worked with a national firm in Ottawa and a litigation boutique in British Columbia, with a recent focus on administrative, civil and constitutional law. He has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario and British Columbia and in the Supreme Court of Canada. Brent will work on a wide range of civil litigation matters with the firm.

Brent has a distinguished academic record, having graduated first in his LL.B. class at McGill and also having clerked at both the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has published articles in the fields of aboriginal law and criminal practice.
